The Rossini Restaurant at the Quirinale Hotel, overlooking the lush private garden, is the ideal place for a culinary journey in which to taste the best dishes of the Italian and Mediterranean regional cuisine, revisited by our chef: harmonious arrangement of flavors, in perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
Every day is proposed pizza (even for celiac) in many different tastes, from the classic ones to those created more original, to be enjoyed both at the bar and at the restaurant, until 11.00 pm.
To spend moments of authentic relaxation, at our Green Bar you will find delicious snacks and our exquisite cocktails, in particular the famous "Cosmopolitan".
The Green Bar is open from ten in the morning until midnight.
The Rossini Restaurant also has a second entrance directly from the garden which can be accessed from Via Firenze n.59.
